B. User-Generated Content (UGC) We collect the content you create, upload, and share on our platform. This includes the AI prompts you write, the images you upload along with the prompts, and your interactions within the app (such as liking, saving, and reporting content).
C. Device and Usage Information When you access the app, we automatically collect certain technical information about your device and how you interact with our application. This includes:
Device Information: Your mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Advertising and Tracking Data: We collect your Google Advertising ID (AAID) to serve relevant and personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
Log and Analytics Data: Information about your activity within the app, such as the features you use, the time and date of your visits, crash reports, and overall performance data.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party companies and services to facilitate our application, provide services on our behalf, perform app-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our app is used. These third parties may collect and process information about you.

Advertising & Tracking Policy
To keep prompt MoM operational and provide you with premium features, we display advertisements within the application using third-party ad networks, primarily Google AdMob.
A. Advertising ID These advertising networks use tracking technologies, including your device's Advertising ID, to collect non-personally identifiable information. This information helps them serve targeted and personalized ads that are more relevant to your interests, limit the number of times you see the same ad, and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
B. Opting Out of Personalized Ads You have full control over how your Advertising ID is used for personalized advertising. You can opt out of interest-based ads or reset your Advertising ID at any time directly through your mobile device settings:
Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID."
Please note that opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads in the app; it simply means the ads you see will no longer be tailored to your interests based on your tracking data.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
prompt MoM is a community-driven platform where users share AI-generated prompts and images. Please be aware of how your uploaded content is handled regarding privacy:
A. Public Visibility By default, the prompts, tags, and images you upload to the app are visible to all other users of prompt MoM. When you share content, your username, display name, and profile photo will be publicly displayed alongside your uploaded prompts.
B. Cautions Regarding Personal Information Since the content you post is public, we strongly advise you not to include any sensitive personal information (such as phone numbers, physical addresses, or financial details) in your prompts, images, or comments. We cannot control how other users or third parties may use the information you voluntarily make public, and we are not responsible for the privacy of any personal data you choose to share in this manner.
C. Content Moderation & Privacy While your content is public, we reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content that violates our Terms of Service. If another user reports your content, our administration team will review the specific prompt, image, and associated metadata to take appropriate action.
Purpose of Data Use
We use the information we collect from you for various purposes to ensure the best possible experience on prompt MoM. Specifically, your data is used to:
Provide and Maintain the App: To create and manage your user account, authenticate your login, and ensure the core functionalities of the app operate smoothly.
Operate the Platform: To display your uploaded prompts, process your interactions (such as likes, saves, and follows), and generate personalized or trending feeds.
Serve Advertisements: To display relevant ads through third-party ad networks, allowing us to keep the app free and provide premium features through rewarded video ads.
Improve Our Services: To analyze user behavior, track app performance, identify and fix bugs, and develop new features to enhance user experience.
Ensure Security & Compliance: To monitor for suspicious or unauthorized activities, prevent spam, enforce our Terms of Service, and maintain a safe community environment.
Communicate with You: To respond to your reports, provide customer support, and send important notices regarding app updates or policy changes.
Data Retention & Deletion
We believe in giving you full control over your data. Here is how we manage the retention and deletion of your personal information and content:
A. Data Retention We retain your personal information, profile data, and uploaded prompts for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our services.
B. Account and Content Deletion You have the right to delete your account or any specific content you have uploaded at any time. You can permanently delete your entire account directly from within the app by navigating to the "Settings" page and selecting the "Delete Account" option. When you delete your account or remove a prompt, it is immediately removed from the public feed and is no longer visible to other users.
C. Backup Retention Period While your deleted content and account information are immediately removed from public view, please be aware that for security purposes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, residual copies of your deleted data may remain in our secure database backups for a period of 30 to 90 days. After this retention period expires, your data is permanently and irreversibly destroyed from all our systems.
Children's Privacy
prompt MoM is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in certain jurisdictions, such as the European Union).
We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personally identifiable information from children under this age. If we discover that a child under the minimum legal age has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately so that we can take the necessary actions to remove the information.
Data Security
We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, and we are committed to protecting it. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Your personal information and app data are stored on secure, industry-standard servers provided by Google Firebase, which employ advanced encryption and security protocols.
However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials, especially your password, confidential and secure.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. In the event of significant material changes to how we handle your personal data, we may also provide a prominent notice within the app.
