Welcome to prompt MoM. These Terms of Service and Community Guidelines ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application.
By downloading, installing, registering, or otherwise using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our application. Our platform is designed to be a safe and creative space for sharing AI-generated prompts. To maintain this environment, all users must follow the rules and guidelines outlined in this document.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
prompt MoM relies on the creativity and honesty of its community. By creating an account and sharing content on our platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:
A. Original Prompt Sharing You must only upload AI prompts that you have created yourself or have the rightful permission to share. Copying another user’s hard-earned prompt from our app or any other platform and posting it as your own original work is strictly prohibited.
B. Prohibited Content You agree NOT to upload, post, or share any content (prompts, tags, or images) that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or highly offensive.
Contains sexually explicit material, nudity, or graphic violence.
Promotes discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities.
Contains malicious code, viruses, or attempts to spam the community feed.
We want to keep the platform inspiring and safe for everyone. Users found repeatedly violating these basic conduct rules will face account restrictions.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
Respecting the intellectual property of others is a core principle of prompt MoM. When using our platform, you must adhere to the following copyright rules:
A. Image Uploads and Copyright Any image you upload alongside your AI prompt must either be generated by you, owned by you, or clearly fall under the public domain/royalty-free licenses. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and share the images you upload.
B. Strict Prohibition on Watermarked Images You are strictly prohibited from uploading images that contain watermarks, website logos, branding, or signatures belonging to other platforms, creators, or copyright holders. Uploading such images is considered a direct violation of our Intellectual Property policy.
C. Our Intellectual Property The prompt MoM application itself, including its original content, features, design, logos, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of prompt MoM and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
D. Copyright Infringement Claims If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or uploaded to our app in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately with sufficient evidence. We will review the claim and remove the infringing content promptly.
Content Reporting & Moderation
To maintain a high-quality, inspiring, and safe environment, prompt MoM relies on both our dedicated moderation team and the vigilance of our community.
A. User Reporting Mechanism If you come across any prompt, image, or user behavior that you believe violates these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or intellectual property rights, we strongly encourage you to use the in-app "Report" feature. You can report content for reasons such as stolen prompts, watermarked images, inappropriate material, or spam.
B. Admin Review & Evaluation Process Every report submitted by our users is taken seriously. Once a report is received, our administration team conducts a thorough and fair review of the flagged content. We evaluate the specific prompt, the attached image, and the context of the upload to determine if a violation has occurred.
C. Moderation Actions
If our admins conclude that the reported content violates our rules, we reserve the right to immediately remove or hide the content without prior notice to the uploader. Please note that intentionally submitting false reports to harass other creators is also considered a violation of our guidelines and may result in penalties.
Violation & Strike System
To ensure a fair, respectful, and safe community for all creators, prompt MoM enforces a strict penalty system for users who repeatedly violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Intellectual Property rules.
A. The Three-Strike Rule For standard violations—such as uploading watermarked images, copying another user’s prompt, or inappropriate behavior—we generally employ a "Three-Strike" policy:
First Offense (Strike 1 - Warning): The violating content is immediately removed, and a formal warning is issued to the user's account.
Second Offense (Strike 2 - Temporary Suspension): The violating content is removed, and the user's account is temporarily suspended. During this period (typically 7 to 14 days), the user will be restricted from uploading new prompts or interacting with the community.
Third Offense (Strike 3 - Permanent Ban): The user’s account is permanently deactivated. Access to the app is revoked, and all previously uploaded content may be permanently deleted.
B. Zero-Tolerance & Immediate Termination While we strive to use the Three-Strike rule for general infractions, prompt MoM reserves the right to bypass this system and immediately, permanently ban any account without prior warning for severe violations. Severe violations include, but are not limited to: distributing illegal or highly explicit content, severe harassment, or attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the app's functionality.
C. Consequences of a Permanent Ban If your account is permanently banned, you will lose all access to your profile, saved prompts, and uploaded content. Furthermore, you are strictly prohibited from creating a new account to bypass the suspension or ban.
Disclaimer of Liability
A. "As Is" and "As Available" Basis The prompt MoM application and all its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the app or the information, content, and materials included within it.
B. Responsibility for User Content We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any User-Generated Content (UGC) shared on the platform. You understand that by using the app, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, and you agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against us regarding such content.
C. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall prompt MoM, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the application; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page or by providing a notice within the app.
Your continued use of the prompt MoM application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the application.
